Occasions Video, Mixed Berry Skate Co and Future Projects

In my last blog post I mentioned a brand new YouTube channel, and how I would be reposting the best videos from my old channel to that new channel. Well yesterday was the final day I posted old content, as everything from this point forward will be brand new. Re-branding my channel and shifting my focus has been really fun, and I hope people are excited to stick around for my new chapter.

I have learned a lot from my time on YouTube, as a creative, and I am excited to apply that knowledge now! Below is a video about creating professional album artwork for a rock band, the second video on my new channel. It is time to stop talking about the old, and let you know what is happening now! For months I have mentioned a skateboarding based project. Well, you can consider this the official announcement! I am working on a mock brand identity for a skate brand named “Mixed Berry Skate Co”. Now what does this entail?

I have set out to make a logo brand identity, three illustrations, three photo based graphics and three animations. All but the animations are finished up! These will all be released in the following weeks, with a YouTube video talking about it all in January! Below I will leave you a sneak peak at one of the characters I have drawn, I hope you like it, and that it builds anticipation for what is to come!

Today is a day where I just have to ask for your patience! I normally have much more to talk about in my monthly blog, and really I could with this one as well - but I want to save everything for its official release!
